Living Wholeheartedly. The Eating Disorder Center of Montana (EDCMT) offers outpatient, intensive outpatient and partial hospitalization program levels of care within a highly specialized and multi-disciplinary team. Our team includes an attending physician, therapists (including an art therapist and music therapist), a social worker, registered dietitians, registered nurses, a cook, milieu therapists, and a trauma-sensitive yoga teacher, all of whom support EDCMT’s mission to light the way out of eating disorders, freeing patients to live wholeheartedly.
We are now seeking a fully licensed psychologist with a specific passion for working with individuals with eating disorders at outpatient and higher levels of care to join our dedicated team. This position is available to an academically minded and dynamically oriented clinician with interest in treating both adolescents and adults across the spectrum of types and acuity of eating disorders at the levels of care we offer. We are looking for those who are committed to treating from a psychodynamic and HAES perspective in support of our primary goal: to set each patient on a path to full recovery from both the mental and physical attributes of their eating disorder.
We are seeking a warm, organized, and self-motivated person with leadership skills who is comfortable conducting individual, group, and family therapy. A minimum of three years of eating disorder treatment experience at higher levels of care is required, and a diverse career background is welcome. Our ideal candidate is calm, collected, flexible, and mentally focused under pressure.
