Patient Care Coordinator

Originally from Northern California, Jody built her career in community engagement, office management, and education. In 2016, she moved to Montana to be closer to family. Shortly after relocating, she supported her son through recovery from a serious car crash, which was a life-changing experience that sparked her passion for helping others on their healing journeys.
Since then, Jody has worked in healthcare, driven by a deep commitment to compassionate support. As the Patient Care Coordinator at EDCMT, she plays a vital role in welcoming patients and their families, guiding them through the treatment process. Her responsibilities include patient orientation, appointment scheduling, caregiver coordination, and supporting billing and office operations.
Jody strongly believes in EDCMT’s mission to provide compassionate and comprehensive care. She values building meaningful connections both at work and in her personal life. Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with her husband, son, and daughter, and loves gathering friends and family for laughter and shared joy.
